Energy Tea

Energy Tea

Lack of energy affects a wide range of people, from the elderly to the overworked. The following tea is designed to give you a natural boost without caffeine. However, it is critical to stress that tea will not solve all your problems! For a lack of energy, please make sure that you are getting adequate sleep, that you get sufficient exercise (which will help you sleep in addition to giving you energy), and that you are eating properly (enough, not too much, and good, whole foods).

The Energy Tea is based on a recipe by Gladstar[1]. Cinnamon and ginger are stimulating spices. Hawthorn and Ginkgo Biloba help the circulatory system. Stinging Nettle is loaded with vitamins and minerals, which promotes healthy kidneys, which are essential for energy.

Suggested use:

1 cup of tea, 2-3 times per day, with:

2 tsp Stinging Nettle

2 tsp Hawthorn

1 tsp Ginkgo Biloba

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Ginger

Stinging Nettle
